John and Margaret Anderson have operated the Century 21 Franchise in Red Deer for 21 years. During this time, customers and clients in our area have turned to us for expert real estate advice and unmatched customer service. Real Estate sales and management has been a longtime family tradition. John’s father Charly Anderson became a partner in the firm - then known as Botterill McKee Cunningham - more than 40 years ago. John and Charly both are Past Presidents of the Red Deer & District Real Estate Board. The Family tradition continues as John's sister, Janice Resch is the current President of the Red Deer Board. John is also Past Chairman of the Alberta Real Estate Foundation while Margaret served 6 years as an active board member on the Alberta Real Estate Insurance Exchange and is currently a Director of the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce.
Giving Back
Because our work brings us close to homes, families, and neighborhoods, we at Century 21 share a deeply-held tradition of giving back to the community.Thanks to Ryan Topley for raising $1000.00 for the Canadian Cancer Society through Jail N'Bail and to all those who supported him. Every year one of our Century 21 Agents gets arrested for this great cause!
Thanks to all our office staff who participated in the Women's Outreach Adopt A Family Program. This year two lucky families recieved Christmas Gifts plus a Voucher to buy their Christmas Dinner. Every December our agents help create a happy holiday for parents & children in Red Deer. They do this by a cash donation plus shopping and wrapping the gifts for our family.
